The standard terms and conditions of
Dukas Press Agency:
1. The images may only be used according to the customer declaration and the therein-declared intended reproduction. All rights of the images (copyright, property) remain with DUKAS or the owner, respectively.
2. All use of the images is subject to a reproduction fee. This applies also when the photo serves as model for drawings, caricatures, sketches, photos layouts or in presentations.
3. User fees, unless otherwise agreed, are based on the price recommendations for picture fees issued by the Swiss Association of Picture Agencies and Archives (SAB).
4. The client is solely responsible for the publication or use of an image. DUKAS declines all responsibility. The client must satisfy himself that all necessary rights, model releases or consents which may be required are obtained.
5. Images should not be altered or manipulated.
6. Upon publication all images have to be credited with the copyright «Photo: DUKAS/ plus agency/photographer (as need be)».
7. DUKAS will receive a complimentary copy of each publication with the mentioning of circulation.
Sole Jurisdiction and place of fulfilment is Zurich, Switzerland.
