Liege, on 4th May, 2016. Bridge Belle Liegeoise. It connects the esplanade of Guillemins to the park of Boverie with a view on the Finance Tower. Liege, is the 3rd urban area of Belgium (600,000 inhabitants), and the Economic capital of the Walloon region. It extends on a territory from approximately 70 square kilometers. The river Meuse transects the city from South to North. Called the Cite Ardente, Liege counts approximately 200 000 people in 2013, and is located at less than 20 km of the Netherlands and a little more than 40 km of Germany. Liege is the most important tourist city in Wallonia. The city has an important architectural heritage with the Palais des Princes Eveques, Cathedrale Saint-Paul, Station of Guillemins signed Santiago Calatrava. It is also a City of Art, having seen the birth of Georges Simenon and has lots of museums of quality: Grand Curtius, Boverie and typified and animated districts, like the Carre.
