Gym Offers You Pippa Middleton's Bottom... and Beyonce, Kylie and Kardashian's
A fitness chain has introduced fitness classes to give you the celebrity bottom of your choice.

Star bums on offer by Gymbox include the rears of Beyonce, Kylie Minogue, Kim Kardashian and the internationally acclaimed derriere of Pippa Middleton.

The six-week 'Yummy Bummy' classes are different depending on which celebrity bottom gym-goers are hoping to form.

The Pippa class uses Pilates to help develop a slender and lean behind, whereas the Beyonce class uses high energy dance moves and toning exercises to build a muscular and athletic rear.

Kylie's class utilises fast-paced aerobics to get a tighter and perkier bottom, and Kim's class focuses on dance moves to tone up and get a more rounded behind.

Gymbox claim that the strict workout regimes will leave attendees noticing a remarkable difference to their behinds within just four weeks.

The company surveyed thousands of their members to ascertain which celebrity behinds were most enviable.

Richard Hilton, MD of Gymbox, said: "Our new members often come in with a specific body goal they hope to achieve and we always try our best to make it happen. In hairdressing salons, stylists are used to people bringing in pictures of celeb haircuts, so what's the difference in Gymbox members picking their celeb bum and saying to our trainers 'I want that one'?

"Our expert personal trainers have devised four different and highly enjoyable classes that give gym-goers the chance to tone up their most valuable asset in time for summer. With the right effort, results should be visible within just four weeks."

Wandering albatross (Diomedea exulans) on the wing at sunset approaching South Georgia Island, Southern Atlantic Ocean. The Wandering Albatross has the largest wingspan of any living bird, with the average wingspan being 3.1 metres (10.2 ft). The longest-winged examples verified have been about 3.7 m (12 ft), but probably erroneous reports of as much as 5.3 m (17.5 ft) are known. As a result of its wingspan, it is capable of remaining in the air without beating its wings for several hours at a time (travelling 22 metres for every meter of drop). The length of the body is about 1.35 m (4.4 ft) with females being slightly smaller than males, and they weigh typically from 6 to 12 kg (13-26 lb). Immature birds have been recorded weighing as much as 16.1 kg (35 lb) during their first flights. The plumage varies with age, but adults have white bodies with black and white wings. Males have whiter wings than females with just the tips and trailing edges of the wings black. They feed on squid, small fish and on animal refuse that floats on the sea, eating to such excess at times that they are unable to fly and rest helplessly on the water.

SLEEP WITH ANY HUNK YOU CHOOSE WITH A MANLLOW: HALF MAN, HALF PILLOW

Fancy snuggling up to Twilight's Robert Pattison? How about Taylor Lautner?

In fact, you can choose any hunk in the world to take to bed thanks to Manllows - man-shaped pillows adorned with the face of your choice.

Californian student Tiffany, 21, got the idea after asking her lonely friend what she wanted for Christmas and getting the reply "A man!"

Tiffany explains: "In my mind, I was like a genie and said your wish is my command. So I made the first Edward Cullen pillow for her because she was a fan of Robert Pattison.

"Originally I was just going to get her a pillow with his face on it, but then I thought, why not a pillow in the actual shape of a man which I decided to call Manllows.

"I decided to give my other roommates Manllows as well in case one person got jealous of the gift or one person hated the gift - I wanted the reaction to be equal for everyone.

"Sometimes at night I like to hug a pillow when I sleep so the Manllow can be that pillow but like in man form. You can lie on its chest, which is nice and fluffy, use its arm as a neck rest, or display it on your bed to creep people out."

But Tiffany is wise to how some people might view her quirky idea.

"The Manllow is half man and half pillow," she says. " It is not a sex toy or it was not intended to be a sex toy but, hey, I have no control of your own personal use of the Manllow."

"Basically you send me an image of your husband, boyfriend, crush (although that would be a little on the stalker side) and I will convert an image into a black and white print and place that on the Manllow."
