    Thailand Immigration Bureau Division 1
A general view of the Thailand Immigration Bureau, Division 1, at Chaeng Watthana Government Complex in Lak Si District, Bangkok, Thailand, on June 9, 2025. Although Thailand's tourism industry experiences a decline, the government reduces visa-free stays for many countries from 60 to 30 days to combat criminal activity. As a result of a conflict over disputed territory on the Thailand-Cambodia border, the Cambodian Immigration Department shortens the permitted stay for Thai nationals in Cambodia from 60 days to 7 days, in retaliation for a similar measure introduced by Thailand. • One size doesn’t fit all: how to buy hats when you have a big head - and 12 of the best

One size doesn’t fit all: how to buy hats when you have a big head - and 12 of the best
Simon Usborne it’s official: I have a really big head. Can experts, stylists and the world's oldest hat shop help me find the perfect headgear?

Wondering if head shape rather than size might be my issue, I visit Maxwell Newman, a 28-year-old DJ and fitter at Lock & Co Hatters, which has had the same central London store since 1765. Nelson came here for his bicorne and Churchill for his bowlers.

Simon Usborne wears a St Louis hat, specifically shaped to his head by hatter and assistant manager Maxwell at Lock & Co Hatters in St James's Street, central London. Lock & Co has exsisted since 1676 and claim to be the world's oldest hat shop. 18 July 2024

A free standing camera is promising to revolutionise personal fitness by gauging a persons body’s metrics using a visual scan.
The device is said to measure body fat and muscle mass and create an efficient workout based on the readings.
Users stand in front of the US-designed FitMe which also provides health statistics, tracks workout progress and offer tips for a healthier life style.
The FitMe stands on any tabletop surface and utilises an array of sensors to including a combination of cameras, stereo sensors and infrared dot projectors which track movement.
The device captures a comprehensive 3D full-body scan with a claimed 900,000 depth points or more.
The scan data then gets fed into FitMe’s artificial intelligence computer which processes the data and calculates body measurements with 98% accuracy.
It offers analytical data scales or a measuring tape cannot.
The AI also offers a comprehensive workout and nutrition plan based on the user’s stated goals, whether it’s muscle growth, fat loss, strength-building, endurance, or recomposition.
A spokesperson for the California based FitMe Labs which created the device, said it was inspired by the fact not everyone can afford a personalised trainer.

OPS:The FitMe companion app whch provides read out of scanning and offers fitness plans, goals and past achievements
