Stop The Hate pro-Israel rally countering the anti-Jewish, pro-Palestine protest at Swiss Cottage, London, Great Britain 15th February 2025
Stop The Hate pro-Israel rally countering the anti-Jewish, pro-Palestine protest at Swiss Cottage, London, Great Britain
15th February 2025
Due to the high number of pro Israel protestors the Police were forced to shut Finchley Road for about one hour.
Pro-Israel activists counter an anti-Jewish protest targeting Swiss Cottage — deliberately timed for Shabbat, outside our synagogues and homes (including the Israeli Ambassador’s residence).
Organisers said: “This is not free speech. It’s intimidation. It’s hate. We cannot ignore it.
Hate Has No Home Here.”
The counter protest is organised by Board of Deputies of British Jews, Stop the Hate, Local Community Leaders
The last time this protest took place in this area:
•? ?Over 60 antisemitic hate crimes were recorded
•? ?7 individuals were arrested for terrorism-related offences
•? ?A Jewish woman was deliberately hit by a car
•? ?Worshippers were physically assaulted on their way to synagogue
This is not legitimate protest — it is targeted provocation, designed to intimidate a community at its most vulnerable. Whilst also causing serious disruption to the wider Swiss Cottage community. Allowing it to return sets a dangerous precedent: that hatred can be tolerated on our streets.

Stop The Hate pro-Israel rally countering the anti-Jewish, pro-Palestine protest at Swiss Cottage, London, Great Britain
15th February 2025
