Susanne Hinte, 48, from Worcester, who has been identified as the woman who claims she ruined the outstanding winning GBP 33 million Camelot lottery ticket by putting it in the washing machine in a pair of jeans. She is now waiting to see whether she will receive the jackpot. The ticket is said to be damaged and missing vital parts which positively identify it. The numbers are visible but faded and the only part of the date that can be read is 2016. Her daughter, Natasha Douglas, said: " She has the winning numbers and I've seen them." Susanne, who is originally from Germany and lived at her Worcester home for 30 years, was married to a soldier but divorced him a few years ao. She is pictured here on her "open" Facebook page.
