Photographer Mikael Buck with assistance from renowned local Icelandic guide Einar Runar Sigurdsson, explored the frozen world of Vatnajökull glacier in Iceland using Sony's world first back-illuminated full-frame sensor, which features in the 7R II camera. His images were taken without use of a tripod or any image stitching techniques in photoshop. This was made possible through Sony's new sensor technology, allowing incredibly detailed low-light hand held photography. Previously images this detailed would have required carrying bulky equipment to the caves, some of which can require hiking and climbing over a glacier for up to two hours to to access. The images were taken without the use of any external sources - just the natural light that filters through the ice caves.

The Soyuz TMA-18M spacecraft returned with Expedition 46 Commander Kelly of NASA and Russian cosmonauts Mikhail Kornienko and Sergey Volkov. Named after former resident and colourful local character Hannah "Shotgun" Makepeace, the 25 acre island was completed in 2009 as a private retreat for family and friends of Branson and Godfrey.
In July 2011 its doors were opened for exclusive use hire - allowing others to enjoy the tranquility of this very special place.
The island boasts three private villas each with 2 bedrooms, separate lounge and private deck.
The entry foyer of each features a waterfall and fishpond and the bathrooms have lush bromeliad and palm gardens and luxurious carved volcanic boulder bathtubs.
Meanwhile, the Bali House features a 4 bedroom wing each with private facilities and deck that is directly attached to the main entertaining areas.
These entertaining areas consist of a two storey raised Wantilan (Balinese for 'open sided') and the 'Long Room', both of which overlook a spectacular 135,000 gallon lagoon pool and river.
Featuring Balinese style lounges, silk furnishing, antiques and a pool table, the Wantilan is the perfect place to relax.
