Well-healed Anthony Band, 23, has spent the last month running 30 miles a day to travel the full length of the country with no socks or trainers. He has endured wind, rain, rough terrain on the Help for Heroes fundraiser - and admits his feet have at times been ''agony'' since setting off from Scotland on July 31. The personal trainer - who is an asthma sufferer - admits he has had to bathe his feet in cream every day to prevent them becoming chapped, swollen and cut to ribbons after the incredible feat.
