Volunteers continue to remove ceramic poppies from the moat at the Tower of London poppy installation in London on 14th November 2014. Following heavy rain this morning, the moat has become very wet and flooded. The Weeping Willow section of the installation has now been removed, but visitors continue to flock to the area to see the poppies.

'Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red' poppy installation at Tower of London, Britain - 28 Oct 2014
Surrounded by a moat of red, the poppy installation at the Tower Of London is seen in all its breathtaking splendour in these aerial shots. The 'Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red' art installation has seen the moat surrounding the famous London landmark filled with thousands of ceramic poppies to commemorate the centenary of the outbreak of World War I. In total there are 888,246 ceramic flowers, one for each British or Commonwealth soldier killed during the first world war, that have been planted by volunteers from around the world since July. All of the poppies have been sold to members of the public for GBP 25 each, with a share of the proceeds going to six service charities.
