[Die Polizei muss am Dienstag (15.04.2014) zu einer Tierrettung ausrücken. Kurz nach Mitternacht teilte ein besorgter 24 -jähriger junger Mann aus Malstatt der Polizei mit, dass ein ihm unbekanntes Tier mit einer Dose über dem Kopf gerade die Fahrbahn der Lebacher Straße überquert. Er habe bereits Pkw-Fahrer warnen müssen, damit sie das Tier, welches offensichtlich nichts mehr sieht, nicht überfahren wird. Ein Einsatzkommando der Burbacher Polizei suchte sofort die Örtlichkeit auf. Die Beamten konnten vor Ort das unbekannte Tier identifizieren. Es handelte es sich um ein Igel, welcher zu tief in einen weggeworfenen Puddingbecher geschaut hatte und sich alleine nicht mehr aus diesem befreien konnte. Der Igel konnte von einem bei beiden Polizeibeamten verletzungsfrei befreit werden. Anschließend wurde er in der angrenzenden Grünanlage wieder entlassen.] (FOTO: DUKAS/ACTIONPRESS)
