A musician has created a hybrid 109 string guitar and harp — and can play it !

    That's 103 more than a regular guitar.

It was made by piecing together bodies and necks of different stringed instruments of different shapes and sizes.

The Austria-based virtuoso guitarist Bernth ,32, said it took lots of practice to figure out what strummed chords would sound like and where to play them.

It was used on a specific song about a relationship break-up called I Still Miss You

The 109 strings have their own distinctive tunes, which can allow the player to produce different rhythms and solos at once.

He uses one hand for the rhythm and the other one for his solos.

The basic instrument is an acoustic guitar with the rest bolted on around it.

All the harps are tuned differently and it took him a day to properly get everything in sync.

Bernth is an Austrian guitarist, composer, and session musician. He contributed guitar solos to 3 platinum albums and received 2 gold awards for his soundtrack work.

Karaoke lovers can now dip their toes into a strange new experience — belting out songs while floating in a wooden tub.
Up to four people will be set out to sea in the tub and can enjoy karaoke and caviar in open seclusion.
And the isolation means there’s no chance of out of tune singing disturbing anyone else.
The service is being offered by luxury Japanese hotel chain Hoshino Resorts.
It is called Kaijyo Karaoke which means “karaoke on the ocean.”
The cost for the unusual voyage is 40,000 yen which is around €250 euros and is being offered at Hoshino’s Risonare Atami hot springs resort in Shizuoka.
Anyone signing up is towed in the tub out to sea in the bay of Sagami for a one hour experience.

A designer who created pairs of square and then triangular-shaped wheels for his bike has unveiled a machine with no wheels !

US-based Sergii Gordieiev used two home-made tank-like caterpillar tracks.

The metal bodied tracks incorporate bike chains to propel them topped with real bicycle rubber treads.

The tracks fit where tradition a traditional wheel hub joins the bike frame.

To enable the pedals to drive the belt system, Gordieiev introduced an additional gear, connecting the pedals to the apex of the rear wheel.

Each of the tracks sits on its end, angled towards the rider.

For stability, the wheels were securely affixed at two points, ensuring they each stay at the set angle.

When being pedalled only the bottoms of the two tracks touch the road.

Engineer Gordieiev , who goes by the title The Q, has more than 13 million YouTube subscribers.

He said: “This bike doesn't have wheels at all. Why did we do it? Just for fun !”

A strange new fragrance has been created that is said to smell like a cinema movie pirate.

The aim of the unisex scent is to help save films being illegally copied in  Japanese cinemas where the problem is said to be rife.

Films there are often preceded by a message from the No More Movie Thieves project.

The videos remind moviegoers that recording and uploading copyrighted content is a crime.

The characters feature Camera Man, a camcorder-headed pirate who is always caught in the act by Patrol Lamp Man.

The new fragrance by company Fairy Tail Co is described as being based on the mysterious, suspicious but stylish image of the character.

It is said to be a mix of spicy, floral, and citrus scents.

The  Patrol Lamp Man also gets a fragrance.

A Fair Tail Co spokesperson said the perfumes were designed to promote and make people more widely aware of anti-film piracy laws.
