'Bruno' Film - Sacha Baron Cohen
    'Bruno' Film - 2009
Comedian Sacha Baron Cohen has reportedly apologised to Madonna by sending the singer flowers after spoofing her in his upcoming film 'Bruno'. The movie tells the story of an outrageous gay Austrian fashion correspondent hoping to make it big in Hollywood. In one scene the principal character jokes about celebrities who adopt foreign children. Later he is seen collecting an African baby from an airport baggage carousel before turning to the camera and commenting, "Angelina's got one, Madonna's got one, now Bruno's got one." An image released for the film also shows the flamboyant Bruno posing with his new child. Cohen apparently decided to apologise to Madonna in light of the fact her recent attempt to adopt a second Malawian child was denied. The singer adopted son David Banda from the country in 2006 amid controversy that she was receiving preferential treatment.

A building so completely gutted by fire and artillery that it's original purpose is unclear. Mariupol, southeastern Ukraine. Many people are trying to flee the city on foot into territory controlled by the Donetsk People's Republic. More than 200,000 people are trapped in the strategic city described by those who managed to escape as a "freezing hellscape riddled with dead bodies and destroyed buildings," Human Rights Watch said.

    U.S. Navy 'swim calls' - 2016

When you're job is sailing the seas, the World is your swimming pool.

These amazing pictures show sailors and marines from the U.S. Navy taking part in what they call 'swim calls'.

Most recently pictured earlier this month (Feb) are those cooling off by jumping from into the Indian Ocean from guided-missile cruiser USS Antietam.

With the ship anchored, Swim Calls are seen as a refreshing break from the job of keeping high-tech battleships running.

The activity often occurs in warm foreign waters, such as the Mediterranean, Arabian and South China seas, the Indian and Pacific oceans.

Suffice to say, there will be people tasked with shark watch, from the ship and rigid-hulled inflatable boats.

Swimmers are able to clamber back onto the ship via landing docks or by climbing cargo nets.
