Luxury car marque Rolls-Royce has unveiled a new addition to its range — a special scent for its car interiors.
The fragrance is being introduced on its top-of-the-range limousine, the Phantom.
The scent was crafted by an expert in-house perfumer of the marque’s bespoke collective.
And the company even developed a special in-car fragrance-releasing system for it.
It is designed to complement the natural aromas of the materials used within the Phantom.
The fragrance is said to combine notes of amyris, cedarwood, rosewood and iris.
A spokesperson for the UK company said they perfectly capture and elevate "the serenity of the Rolls-Royce experience.”
They explained that the design of every Rolls-Royce already includes the aromas experienced within the interior .
That is from the selection of leathers, woods, wools and other tactile surfaces and the materials used to enhance and protect them, such as lacquers and dyes.
The new fragrance, called simply Rolls-Royce Scent, is designed to enrich the sensory experience by subtly introducing new and relaxing olfactory themes.

Fast food chain KFC has caused a stink with fans — by bringing out a cologne that smells like its barbecue sauce.
The company describes the No 11 Eau De BBQ as a signature scent which is currently on pre-order in the UK.
The perfume is said to have smoky wood and charcoal notes that “embody the essence of a classic BBQ experience.”
It comes in a dark chunky bottle with a subtle KFC logo.
A spokesperson said: “We've all been there – that unmistakable aroma of a BBQ drifting through the air, tantalising our senses and leaving us craving the taste of smoky goodness.

Fast-food chain McDonald’s could be about to bottle up one of the sweet smells of its success — as a fragrance.
McDonald’s Japan has teased the potential release of a french fries-scented perfume.
It has shared an advertisement for the scent on its Twitter account, with the caption:“We made a perfume that smells like french fries?”
The image shows a model getting a spritz of perfume from a bottle that resembles the iconic McDonald’s french fries container.
According to the photo, McDonald’s will release three versions of the perfume: regular salted fries, plum nori seaweed salted fries and garlic black pepper mayonnaise seasoned fries.
The last two flavours are exclusive to Japan.
But it gives no more details such as where and when the perfume might be available.
The Japanese outlet has yet to announce a release date but followers on social media say it is too early to be an April Fools prank.

A new discovery has given researchers an insight into how wealthy ancient Romans smelled.
And it seems to be favourite Sixties hippy scent patchouli.
A 2,000-year-old bottle of the fragrance was found perfectly sealed with the cremated remains of a woman in the Spanish Romano town of Carmo, modern day Carmona near Seville.
Patchouli originates from a shrub originally found on the Indian sub continent.
It gained popularity in the 20th Century amongst with the Flower Power era and hippies of the 1960s.
A research team at the University of Cordoba in Spain said it was the first time the composition of a Roman perfume had been identified.
The patchouli was in the form ointment inside a delicate vessel left as an apparent offering inside in a funerary urn.
Archaeologist Juan Manuel Román and university researchers Daniel Cosano and Fernando Lafont said the find and subsequent scientific has enabled them to "smell the bygone Roman Empire.”
