The piece was sold by US auction house Heritage Auctions based in Dallas, Texas during a three day sale of props from the HBO series which ran for eight seasons from 2011 to 2019.

Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner tucks into a range of popular British takeaways while blindfolded — to guess what she’s eating.
The 28-year-old mother of two is separated from pop star husband Joe Jonas who filed for divorce last September after four years of marriage.
But she put her domestic issues to one side as she playfully sampled delights including fried chicken, Chinese chow mein, and an Indian tikka masala, all consumed with her fingers.
Her favourite dish turned out to be a sausage, deep fried in batter accompanied by traditional UK chunky chips.
She explained her family traditionally ate fish and chips on Christmas Eve each year but she does not eat seafood so had the battered sausage instead.
The one dish she failed to guess was a Turkish doner kebab where roasted meat is carved and served usually inside warm pitta bread.
The meals were served up for a video by glitzy fashion magazine Vogue.
Sophie, who played Sansa Stark in hit series Game of Thrones, admitted “I have the palate of a two-year-old!"

The Targaryens face up to the dynasty of Otto Hightower, played by returning Rhys Ifans and his daughter Alicent Hightower played by Olivia Cooke.
The series is set 200 years prior to the events of Game of Thrones whose author George R.R. Martin co-created the new series and serves as executive producer.
Although other planned Game of Thrones spinoffs haven’t made it past the pilot stage, HBO quickly showed confidence in House of the Dragon by awarding it a near-instantaneous second season renewal soon after the series premiere.
