Storm moves over Sydney, Australia - 06 Nov 2015
A jet can be seen heading into the heart of the storm in this amazing photo by a landscape photographer in Sydney, Australia today (Fri).
The remarkable image was shot by Richard Hirst and shows the plane flying into a wall of ominous black clouds, moments before a severe storm hit the region.
The huge clouds can be seen rolling over the harbour, following a severe weather warning from the Bureau of Meteorology.
Large hailstones, heavy rain and strong winds were forecast in the wider Sydney region.
The warning also covered the Blue Mountains, Greater Newcastle and Maitland in the Hunter region.
Richard has lived by the beach in Sydney all his life and been photographing its landscapes for the last 30 years

Brown Bear Santra performs a yoga routine, Ahtari Zoo, Finland - 13 Sep 2010

The Yoga Bear Show
Forget Yogi Bear, meet the yoga bear.
Amateur photographer Meta Penca took these amazing shots of a female Brown bear doing her early morning yoga stretches at Ahtari Zoo in Finland.
The hilarious display went on for over 15 minutes, much to the delight of visitors.
The bear, called Santra, had just woken from a nap when she sat down for the yoga routine - stretching one leg and then the other.
She even managed to balance on her bottom and pull both her furry legs up around her ears at once.
Ms Penca, a 29-year-old web programmer from Slovenia, said: "She seemed as if she was stretching for at least 15 minutes.
"She held her legs with her hands for a minute or two in a V position and then put them down and relaxed.
"Then she put up her left leg and put it straight with her hands and held it with her left hand for a bit.
"Then she lifted the other leg, straightened it and held it with her right hand for around two minutes and then had a little rest and then all over again.
"It was exactly the same as when you see people do yoga - easy, slow, focused and calm.
"She looked pretty into it, a really straight face, no looking around just very serious and calm and kept her eyes slightly opened and focused.'
"She looked like she didn't notice us at all.
"We were all trying be as quiet as possible. Most looked amazed and were just smiling and not saying anything.
"My first thought was how very human she looked, and then I thought that maybe they rescued her from a circus or something - it looked so unreal and so rehearsed.
"But I read on the website of the zoo later that she and her partner are one of the oldest inhabitants there, so I guess she just took her time to do a little stretching".
