ANJI, Aug. 4, 2017 Sanitation workers of a property management company work near a scenic spot in Jingxi Village of Anji County, east China's Zhejiang Province, Aug. 4, 2017. Anji started to introduce property management companies in 2010 for professional environmental sanitation, river cleaning and greenbelt, cultural and sports facilities maintenance. In March of 2017, the county established a rural property management association.
