A deliveroo rider passes - The Top Shop brand seems to have been sold to Asos, meaning the closure of its stores, including the Flagship Oxford Street one (now fenced off here), and redundancy for all the staff. Many retail units have closed since the pandemic started. Difficult times for the high street during national Lockdown 3 as the Government instruction is for everyone to stay at home.
