Monday, June 11, 2018 - Just eight months after moving in, it appears that there is already a leak in one or more of the four pools at Jay Z and Beyonce's $88 million Bel Air mansion! Construction workers are hard at work on the property, apparently fixing some damage to the travertine marble stairs between two of the pools. The lower pool above the basketball court has been drained, and the basketball court is showing water damage. Music's most powerful couple must be furious after dropping so much money on their luxurious pad, which was the most expensive home sold in L.A. county in 2017! -
