With the third year anniversary of the Egyptian uprising on January 25th, the army, now back in control of the country is on high alert against the upcoming anniversary and its expected violence between the opposition and the Muslim Brotherhood. Since June 2013 an estimated 1400 people have been killed by the army of the police who now have "carte blanche" to open fire on protestors who pose a direct threat to its security.
