PEOPLE - So wohnt Tom Cruise in Clearwater
Tom Cruise has bought a penthouse apartment in Clearwater, Florida.
And itÕs walking distance to the Church of ScientologyÕs international headquarters.
Cruise is apparently moving there as itÕs far more relaxing than life in Beverly Hills. ItÕs thought his son Connor, 23, has also moved to Clearwater.
The huge apartment reportedly has a private entrance with a car elevator as well as a personal garage that can fit up to nine vehicles
It fills the top two floors of the building, dubbed ÔThe SkyViewÕ and features an entire room dedicated to a flight simulator.
Amenities for residents of the building will include the Sky Lounge pool, a playroom for children and a lounge dubbed 'The Vault'.
The building has been developed by millionaire Scientologist Moises Agami.
In 2015, he changed his plans from 52 apartments to 40 when Cruise showed an interest in moving in.
The other 12 apartments were vetoed to make way for Cruise's deluxe penthouse and private garage.
