OLD OIL-MILL WITH OX-POWER, ANSE UNION, LA DIGUE ISLAND, SEYCHELLES
A picture that could have been taken centuries ago: this oil-mill on La Digue is driven by one "ox-power." Coconut oil is extracted from copra, the dried flesh of the ripe coconut.
