This school that was established in 1941 presently teaches 100 such special children. The school was severely damaged in last years September floods which killed over 200 and damaged property costing billions of dollars. The government declined any help to restore the infrastructure at this school, school authorities said. Disability is an important public health problem especially in developing countries like India where a majority of the disabled resides where accessibility, availability, and utilization of rehabilitation services and its cost-effectiveness are the major issues to be considered

Coyote pups get a howling lesson from their mum, Minnesota, America - 29 Jul 2013

Howling Good Time! Coyote Teaches Pups to Howl
Howling Good Time! Coyote Teaches Pups to Howl
These two coyote pups desperate to follow in their parent's pawprints start by learning to howl.
The stunning images taken by wildlife photographer Debbie DiCarlo shows the cute pups learning the ropes from their elder, as the coyote tips back its head to let out an ear-piercing howl.
Debbie, 59, who resides in Ohio, said: "The pups were so cute - exploring, playing and generally learning how to be a coyote.
"The magic began when distant coyotes started to howl and the pups and adult started to answer back."
DiCarlo got the shot during a spring photography workshop earlier this year at a wildlife preserve in Hinckley, Minnesota, where she was able to photograph baby animals.
Charmed by how excited the pups were during the howling lesson Debbie said the shutter on her camera was moving so fast she was worried about it overheating.
"I couldn't stop grinning from ear to ear, there was something so special to be amongst them at that moment, and the sight and sound will forever be imprinted in my memory," explained Debbie.
The moment was so perfect, in fact, that sceptics accused DiCarlo of snapping a photo of a still life in a museum.
Her response: "Howling Lesson has lots of sceptics who believe it to be a museum diorama. In fact, I have read that some think it is too perfect. My reaction? Thank you for such a wonderful compliment!"

Tim Peake learns survival skills during astronaut training - June 2010
Britain's First Astronaut To Go Into Space For 20 Years
Britain's First Astronaut To Go Into Space For 20 Years
One giant leap for Britain as the UK's first official astronaut, Major Tim Peake will travel to the International Space Station.
The six-month mission will see the 41-year-old blasted into space on a Russian Soyuz rocket from Baikonur in Kazakhstan in November 2015.
ESA's Director General, Jean-Jacques Dordain said: "When we recruited the six new ESA astronauts in May 2009, I made a promise to secure flight opportunities for all of them.
"Thanks to the decisions of the Member States at the Ministerial Council last November, we will be able to fulfil our commitment to fly all six newly selected astronauts before the end of 2017."
Major Peake is the only Briton ever to be accepted into the European Astronaut Corps and his mission will make him the first UK national to travel and work in space, under the Union Jack, on a British Government-funded mission.
Prime Minister David Cameron hailed the mission as a 'momentous day for Britain'.
Peake, who served in the British Army for 18 years and is a former helicopter test pilot, said: "It really is a true privilege to be assigned to a long duration mission; it feels like a real high point in a long career in aviation."
The Major said it was too early to say what experiments he would be involved in, but it would include medical research into vaccines, fluids physics and astrobiology.
Tim has been training for the expedition since 2009 and beat more than 8,000 hopefuls to be selected along with five other colleagues from across Europe.
After graduating from basic astronaut training in November 2010, he continued training to increase his skills in weightlessness, incl...

Rare Baudet de Poitou dreadlocked donkey learns to walk, Charente, France - 04 Jun 2011
Mandatory Credit: Photo by Gavin Rodgers / Rex Features ( 1338415i )
Learning To Walk Can Be A Hair Raising Experience
Learning to walk is a difficult enough skill to master even without the added risk of tripping over your own hair.
So little Baudet de Poitou donkey Belle should be grateful she hasn't yet developed the unusual dreadlocks that are characteristic of her rare breed.
The youngster and her long haired mother Lorelei are part of a herd being reared at a donkey sanctuary in Poitou-Charente, France.
And little Belle is still finding her feet - ably helped by mum and two humans handlers - after being born three days ago.
Despite being a little wobbly, that hasn't stopped Belle from happily prancing round her paddock.
However, when it comes to getting back to her stable for a well deserved rest the 88lb (5.5st) baby needs a little help - having to be carried up the steps by 20-year-old handler Melanie.
While she is closely cropped now Belle can rest assured that in time she will look just like mum - with the same luscious locks to be proud of.
La Baudet normally give birth to a foal every four years, following a gestation period of 12-and-a-half months.
They are believed to be one of the oldest donkey species in the world - thought to have existed in France since the Roman occupation of 54BC.
With only 50 foals born worldwide every year, the species is now even rarer than both white rhinos and giant pandas.
Sometime referred to as "woolly mammoth" donkeys, the rare breed nearly became extinct in 1978 when their population shrank to just 48 in the world.
Once common, their numbers declined with the advent of the railways and the introduction of mechanisation to farming.
After World War II many were also killed in order to feed the starving French population.
Nowadays, thanks to the kind of conservation efforts that have produced Lore...
