GIRL 19 . AGAIN IN COURT ON REVOLVER CHARGE
Mrs. Dorothy Winnifred Gibbs, aged 19, of Queens cottages, Popham Street, Islington, appeared on remand at Lambeth (London) magistrates court today, Thursday. She is charged with William Ames thatcher 21, Ronald Arthur Biggs, 20, and Patrick Godfrey, 18, with possessing a revolver with felonious intents on February 14.
The three men - and another, Victor Edward Davies, 20-also charged with the robbery at Regina court, Lambeth, on February 12, were armed with a revolver. At a previous hearing a detective-inspector said that on the evening of February 14 the five were about to board a taxi in the Strand when they were surrounded by policeman and, after a struggle, arrested.
