The beaches of the RIVIERA MAYA stretch for 150 km (90 miles) from Cancún to Tulum. The LAS PALAPAS hotel is on the Playa del Carmen beach. PALAPAS is the name given to the traditional palm roofs of Mayan huts, which are supported on four posts. They have given their name to this eco-hotel with its two-storied chalets.
