The interior will cover 24,000 sq m and feature a curving layout inspired by marine life. It will include an aquarium, conference centres, an auditorium, education spaces, a bookshop, and a restaurant and bar. The centre aims to showcase the relationship between the local population and the Mediterranean sea.
