*full story: http://www.rexfeatures.com/nanolink/f8q9* A 17-year-old girl who has eaten little else but chicken nuggets for the past 15 years had to be rushed to hospital after collapsing. Stacey Irvine has lived on a diet of nuggets and the occasional portion of chips since she was a toddler. Claiming to have never tasted fresh fruit or vegetables, the consequences of her chicken nugget addiction became clear recently when she had to be taken to hospital. The teen was forced to seek treatment after collapsing with difficulties breathing. Doctors discovered she was suffering from anaemia and that the veins in her tongue were inflamed. In addition, her body was so deficient in certain vitamins and nutrients that she had to be injected with them. Stacey has now been urged to drastically change her diet before she does herself irreparable harm, but is finding it difficult to combat her addiction.

Teen's 15 Year Chicken Nugget Addiction
A 17-year-old girl who has eaten little else but chicken nuggets for the past 15 years had to be rushed to hospital after collapsing.
She first tried McDonalds nuggets at the age of two when her mother took her to the restaurant as a treat.
She loved them so much that soon they were all she would eat.
Stacey comments: "I just couldn't face even trying other foods. Mum gave up giving me anything else years ago."
Now nuggets make up the vast majority of her diet - with her only occasionally eating something different such as fries, a slice of toast or a packet of crisps.
She comments: "I am starting to realise this is really bad for me.
"McDonald's chicken nuggets are my favourite. I share 20 with my boyfriend with chips.
"But I also like KFC and supermarket brands. My main meal is always chicken nuggets every day."
Stacey's terrified mother Evonne - whose other children all eat normally - is desperate for her daughter to receive specialist help.
In desperation she even once tried starving Stacey in a bid to get her to eat more...

The focal point of many rural towns is the Hotel. Not only is accommodation available here, but most double as the local pub offering meals and of course something to quench your thirst.
A lot of the buildings to be seen in the rural towns in Queensland still retain much of the same charm and character as when they were built, and for many this would have been over 100 years ago. Australia

Restaurant owner uses GBP 150,000 Lamborghini to deliver takeaway meals, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, Britain - 29 Nov 2010

Meals On Very Fast Wheels
Customers of a takeaway restaurant in Hemel Hempstead have been assured a very speedy delivery recently thanks to a GBP 150,000 Lamborghini.
Alberto Valota offered the high speed delivery in the 500 horse power luxury limo to customers of his Hertfordshire-based Italian restaurant.
The restaurateur, who runs family business Alberto's, utilized the super car in order to help launch his new takeaway service in style.
He said: "There are lots of Indian and Chinese restaurants who do take away services but not many Italians, so we thought it would be a good idea.
"We wanted to do something special to mark the start and my son Orlando suggested we get hold of a Lamborghini Gallardo.
"This was a great opportunity to have a hassle-free dinner party with true Italian style, or to impress your wife."
Alberto forked out GBP 700 to hire the gleaming black gas guzzler, which only does 12 miles to the gallon and has a top speed of 200mph.
Customers had to spend at least GBP 30 to get the Lamborghini service.
Alberto added: "I know it's a fast speed but my son did about half a dozen deliveries and did not go too fast.
"He stayed within the legal speed limit but the customers were impressed to get their takeaways delivered by Lamborghini".
Unfortunately, now that Alberto has launched the new service with style customers will no longer get their meal on very fast wheels.
That is, Alberto says, unless they're willing to pay a GBP 700 surcharge on top of the cost of the meal.

DOGS CALLED UP FOR WAR SERVICE
A number of dogs have been lent to the Government by their owners for training to do a useful job in the anti sabotage services. These dogs are to be used for guard duties and are given a months trial, during which they are trained to give warnings by signs.
Photo Shows: The dogs are fed on stale bread which is baked and turned into rusks. This and horseflesh provide their meals.
