    March 18, 2025 - Tehran, Iran: Iranians celebrate the last Tuesday of the year with fireworks in Tehran. Nowruz is a two-week celebration that marks the beginning of the New Year in Iran's official Solar Hijri calendar. The celebration includes four public holidays from the first to the fourth day of Farvardin, the first month of the Iranian calendar, usually beginning on 21 March.
