A designer has created a unique jewellery range that places a 'miniature world' inside a clear-ring.
German-designer Isabell Kiefhabe spends several hours carefully creating miniature designs, which are encased in a see-through ring.
Isabell said: "I really like to place ordinary objects, that generally nobody pays attention to, into jewels. In addition, I add materials like gold-leaf, silver or pearls to make the pieces eye-catching."
In the pictures, tiny objects, such as an origami bird, a swimming scene and a mermaid can be seen encased inside a clear-ring.
The intricate work can take up to several hours to make one design.

The Weird And Wonderful World Of Dog Grooming
A photographer has taken a hair-raising look at the jaw-dropping world of dog grooming.
Paul Nathan visited a variety of high-profile grooming events and documented his findings in new book 'Groomed', released this month.
One event the New Yorker attended was Intergroom in New Jersey, one of the largest cats and dogs grooming conferences in America, where he saw a variety of manicured and primped Poodles, Cocker Spaniels, Bichon Frise's, Bedlington Terriers and more.
There, he shot a range of dogs in the 'creative' category, where the dog's hair or fur is manipulated into shapes or scenes and dyed different colours. Some eye-catching examples include canines trimmed and fluffed to resemble leopards, Disney characters and even people.
Paul also captured other more straightforwardly-stylish dogs, including miniature poodles, Afghan hounds, cocker spaniels and even a yawning Bichon Frise.
He explains: "There were dogs that had been dyed, shaved and clipped so that they resembled fish, sea horses, pirates etc. The groomers then set up a little backdrop that fit with the theme of their dog and some dressed up themselves and did a little performance to go with the dog. This really was one of the craziest things I have ever seen."
People are often concerned if the dogs experience any pain or discomfort as a result of such extreme grooming, but Paul says that in most cases the dogs have sessions on different days to ensure that they do not get too restless and are not uncomfortable.
He says: "I shoot fashion and beauty too and I love hair so my initial interes...

Peaceful Portraits Of Dead Pets
A man has attempted to cope with his heartbreak in losing a dear friend by photographing deceased animals as if they have fallen asleep.
Turkish photographer Emir Ozsahin's 'Pastel Deaths' series places pets that have passed on in peaceful and gentle surroundings.
His work sees a dog posed lying on a chair in the garden, comforted by a blanket and with a book to 'fall asleep' reading. Elsewhere, a cat is seen lying on a warm rug in a baby pink blanket.
Ozsahin has posed the animals in such a way that the photographs have a very gentle, childlike innocence about them. His subjects look relaxed and content, as though they are just taking a rest.
The photographer says his own loss made him think about death and ways that he could use photography to help him and others view it in a positive light.
A close friend of his passed away in a traffic accident and he recalls seeing her body covered in newspapers on the highway on television. He says she was only 19 and like a sister to him.
Ozsahin explains: "I couldn't get out of my head the image of her body covered with newspapers. While I was trying to get rid of this image, I realised that the image of her alive was fading away as well. Her last photograph shouldn't have been like that. Or I shouldn't have seen that photograph."
He says the project focuses on what the deceased leave behind and how the people they leave behind want to remember them.
"I worked with animals, and because they are really close to humans, they feel like us. And we humanize them as our human born babies.
"With the naïve fram...
