Gordon Elliott with his reindeer Prancer shopping at his local garden centre in Enfield, North London, this week.
A grandfather has taken his pet Reindeer Christmas shopping around London in his black Taxi.
Gordon Elliott, 74, stunned shoppers by pulling up at his local garden centre with three-year-old Prancer in the back of his cab.
The pensioner then led him to the nearby florist and even stopped off at a burger bar before heading home.
Mr Elliott, who regularly takes Prancer out and about on the bus and even to his local pub, said: "We get lots of people staring and he gets a lot of attention. I guess a reindeer wandering around the town centre and going shopping is a bit of a strange sight.
"He loves going out in the taxi. It's a bit of a squeeze, but he just jumps straight in. I then put him on a lead to take him down the high street and we often go to the burger bar or pub before coming home.
"Sometimes we even go into town on the bus. He loves people and is always well-behaved."

Ben the Spaniel wearing his wheels
Three-legged dog gets special wheelchair, Aberdeenshire, Scotland - 18 Oct 2017
A three-legged Spaniel has been given a new lease of life-thanks to a custom made set of wheels. Despite losing a leg as a puppy, eleven-year-old Ben had managed to get about on three legs until he developed arthritis two years ago. Desperate to help her beloved pet, owner Karen Hudson ordered a special doggy 'wheelchair' from the US, making Ben the first dog in Scotland to have 'front wheel drive'. Although he took some time to learn to use his back legs to steer, Ben has now adjusted and eagerly clambers into the cart when it's time for walkies. Karen, from Monymusk in Aberdeenshire, said: "Before the wheels we couldn't have taken him for a walk for more than a couple of minutes but now Ben is able to run around and go on walks for almost an hour. "He is amazingly resilient, he still bounces around and really seems to enjoy wheeling about".

Giraffe gets a pedicure at Noah's Ark Zoo Farm, Wraxall, Somerset, UK - 15 Feb 2017
Celebrity giraffe Gerald gets special foot care, having his own pedicure at Noah's Ark Zoo Farm, Senior Giraffe Keeper Emma Green doing the pedicure and Giraffe Keeper Laura Burgess entertaining Gerald. The giraffe is known for his unlikely bachelor friendship with Eddie the goat and his international quest for love. Gerald?s keepers began the foot care routine to treat small cracks in his front hooves to prevent future problems from developing. Using a special training technique based on the close bond with his keeper, Gerald was taught how to present his front feet on a pad for him and allow his keepers to work on his hooves. After just a month?s training Gerald now presents both feet on request, knowing the difference between his left and right. He is given a clean, trim and file on both hooves which stops cracks developing and removes any over-growth which would affect his joints when walking if left untended.

Giraffe Gerald gets a pedicure from Senior Giraffe Keeper Emma Green
