The tiny terrier is just an eighth of the size she should be - measuring two inches long and barely tipping the scales at 158g. The pocket-sized pooch is the sole survivor of a litter of four and had to be resuscitated soon after she was delivered. It is thanks to the 24/7 care of Karenza - who feeds her using a syringe - that she has managed to avoid the sad fate of her siblings. Amazingly, Belle - who was named after Tinkerbelle the fairy - has already doubled in size since being born. Against all the odds, she is now strong enough to take her first few steps and sample solid food. Belle is also something of a celebrity in her hometown of Great Yarmouth and even has her own Facebook page - Belle's Journey.

Meet the petite piglets of Pennywell Farm.This little piggy played the guitar, this little did some ballet and this little piggy sprouted wings and flew. They might be mini porkers but this collection of micro pigs sure are mighty cute. The squeally tiny youngsters have all been born and raised over the years at Pennywell Farm in Buckfastleigh, Devon. Fuzzy, friendly, and small enough to hold in the palm of your hand, these teacup pigs are also naturals at posing for the camera. And they have now been immortalised in a new 2013 wall calendar by photographer Richard Austin.

Say hello to pig in boots.
With the weather taking a wet and windy turn, the only thing Clive the teacup piglet needs to complete his wet weather gear was his very own sow-wester.
The mini porker was forced to don the bright red Wellington boots after rain coated the yard at Pennywell Farm in Devon.
The move meant that he remained a pristine piggy and avoided muddy trotters - something he no doubt appreciated as his species are known for being scrupulously clean.
Micro pigs, which grow to just 14 inches long, are the latest pet craze with a host of celebrity owners including David and Victoria Beckham and Paris Hilton.
They are much smaller than a standard farm pig and weigh just 9oz when they are born.
At two years old they are fully grown and weigh in around 40-65 pounds and are around knee height at 12-16 inches tall.
The pigs, which cost up to GBP 700 each, can live for up to 18 years, but make popular pets as they are low maintenance, quiet and surprisingly clean.

With the weather taking a wet and windy turn, the only thing Clive the teacup piglet needs to complete his wet weather gear was his very own sow-wester.
The mini porker was forced to don the bright red Wellington boots after rain coated the yard at Pennywell Farm in Devon.
The move meant that he remained a pristine piggy and avoided muddy trotters - something he no doubt appreciated as his species are known for being scrupulously clean.
Micro pigs, which grow to just 14 inches long, are the latest pet craze with a host of celebrity owners including David and Victoria Beckham and Paris Hilton.
They are much smaller than a standard farm pig and weigh just 9oz when they are born.
At two years old they are fully grown and weigh in around 40-65 pounds and are around knee height at 12-16 inches tall.
The pigs, which cost up to GBP 700 each, can live for up to 18 years, but make popular pets as they are low maintenance, quiet and surprisingly clean.
