A 31-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man from an adjacent residence are transported to Stroger Hospital in fair condition for smoke inhalation. Three responding officers are transported in fair condition to nearby hospitals for smoke inhalation. The suspect is taken into custody on the scene. Palmer Street, Friday morning at approximately 9:12 a.m. A 45-year-old female suspect uses a knife to stab multiple victims inside the residence before setting the residence on fire.
