Donald Trump and his future wife Melania Knauss pose in a never before seen picture with alleged Jeffrey Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell at a hookers and pimps-themed Halloween party on October 31, 2000. Maxwell, now 57, attended the star-studded event hosted by supermodel Heidi Klum in New York wearing a bleach blonde wig, leopard print jacket and gold leather pants accompanied by her friend Prince Andrew. Mounting Scandal Over Prince Andrew's 'Sex Offender' Friend
Following further revelations Prince Andrew is facing growing pressure over his links to billionaire convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

As the scandal grows the Duke of York was summoned to see the Queen at Buckingham Palace where she allegedly expressed her concern.

According to recent reports Epstein was allowed to land his private jet at an RAF fighter base during a visit to Sandringham in December 2000.

Epstein, the Duke's friend Ghislaine Maxwell and several others allegedly flew into RAF Marham in Norfolk on Epstein's Gulfstream jet.

According to The Daily Telegraph newspaper they had arrived in Britain the previous day after catching a flight from New York into Paris and then onto Luton.

The group stayed at Sandringham - the Queen's country estate - as guests of Prince Andrew for several days.

Here they enjoyed a number of typical country pursuits, including a pheasant Shoot.

Epstein was jailed for 18 months in 2008 after admitting soliciting an under-aged girl for prostitution.

He is alleged to have used his fleet of private aircraft to traffic under-aged girls around the world for sex.

Recently Virginia Roberts stepped forward to claim that she was used as a 'sex slave' by Epstein from the age of 15.

Pictures emerged of Prince Andrew with arm round around a then 17-year-old Virginia at Epstein's house in 2001.

The scandal regarding Prince Andrew and Epstein began when they were snapped in New York's Central Park together on 20 February.

Though the pair have known each other since the 1990s it was the first time they have been seen together since Epstein's conviction.

TORTOISE FITTED WITH SPECIAL 'CRASH HELMET'

A giant tortoise with a hole in his shell has been fitted with a special fibre-glass 'crash helmet'.

Timmy the tortoise was left with the hole in his shell after a fight with a rival tortoise at his home in Paignton Zoo, Devon.

The 23-year-old reptile's damaged shell will eventually grow back but this could take up 18 months.

Due to this vets came up with the idea of fitting Timmy, who weighs 153 kilos, with a piece of artificial shell made out of fibre-glass.

In order to do this a cast was made of a scute (lump on the shell) of a similar size tortoise to Timmy and a replica protective plate was created.

The hope is that this 'crash helmet' will help keep his wound clean and protected during the healing process.
