Oops! What were they thinking? (3)
1210147 COM - What were they thinking? Fashion Disasters

It would seem that even the most fashion conscious of celebs can have an off day.

The stylists of these dreadfully dressed divas were obviously not around when they stepped out of the front door.

If they had they surely would have uttered that immortal line: "You're not going out like that!"

When left unattended there's no end of fashion faux pas a star can commit when looking for a 'stand out from the crowd' outfit.

But then looking fabulous 24/7 is something not even the most dedicated of A-listers can achieve.

And navigating the tricky minefield of fashion can be tricky at the best of times and pure style suicide at the worst.

Your 'unusual' outfit can just as easily be feted on every best dressed list as see you plunging to the bottom of the reject pile.

All of which goes to show that not even the hottest stars are immune to the odd fashion disaster.

*EXCLUSIVE* Calabasas, CA - Tyga was spotted greeting some young fans outside the jewelry store he was visiting and seemed happy to smile for a few quick snaps. His mood quickly went from cheerful to upset as he was bombarded with questions about the safety of his son Cairo under the care of Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian. His ex-girlfriend, Blac Chyna recently had been arrested at Austin airport for drug possession and disorderly conduct. He currently has moved into a new bachelor pad far away from Kylie Jenner.

An artist has recreated a human head in stunning detail - using more than a mile of old bicycle chains.

Talented Seo Young Deok spent a whole year painstakingly welding together the 7.5 feet masterpiece, which costs more than 25,000 pounds.

The creation is just one of an extraordinary collection made from chains that the Korean artist has bought or found discarded.

His other works include a human torso which took over two months to complete, and an entire human body, which took twice as long.

Deok said he found inspiration for the head sculpture on a construction site.

He explained: "When nothing crosses my mind I go out with my camera to a crowded place like a market, subway or bus station.

"The sculpture of the head came from a photograph of a manual labourer working at a construction site.

"The muscle above his upper lip was a great detail and I used it in my work."

He added: "Inspiration also comes from Buddhist sculptures and paintings which I have admired since I was very young.

"I like Asian beauty. So most features of my work seem to take on an Asiatic pose.

"I try to express an attitude which is humble and enduring. The Asian spirit is bearing and forbearing, overcoming agony as opposed to escaping from it."

Until now Deok's work has been bought by private collectors, museums, or art foundations.

But this year he will be exhibiting his art for the first time, at Turkish art gallery SODA, in Istanbul.

    Hanging On In There
These three birds ruffled a few feathers when they tried hanging out together.

The Baya Weaver birds got into a scuffle over a nest and ended up in a bizarre chain link.

With its brightly coloured yellow crown, the male who had built the nest attempted to break up a disagreement between two females.

Photographer Krishnan Venkitachalam was photographing a colony of nests when he saw the squabble kicking off.

Instinctively, the 45-year-old trained his lens on the action to capture the remarkable scenes before the birds flew off within seconds.

Krishnan said he was thrilled to have photographed such unusual images.

He said: "I was trying to photograph two birds chasing each other but it was difficult because they are so small and fast.

"Suddenly, I noticed a bird fly into a nest, and then two more came and within an instant they were all hanging from the nest.

"I instinctively shifted my camera to focus on the nest and managed to get some shots off. The entire incident lasted about three seconds.

"I think the two females were competing for the nest the male had built and perhaps he was trying to break up the argument."

Krishnan, from Mumbai, India, took the photos in the wetlands of nearby Uran.

He added: "I felt really pleased when I looked at the results because these kinds of moments are not often captured on camera.

"I didn't really realise what was going on until after I analysed the pictures.

"I was in the right place at the right time, with the right gear and most importantly looking in the right direction!"

Ke$ha was seen looking sexy and hard edged on the set of the Hype Williams directed music video. Ke$ha wore silver lipstick, sexy boots, a chain with locks, bullets, torn leggings and an outfit that looked like a broken mirror. She danced and performed all night long with "her crew" of diverse girls in a Downtown LA street tunnel which was rigged with fire and explosions to go off as the girls walked and danced through the Tunnel. There was also a car drag race scene filmed in the tunnel. Photo by Eric Ford/ On Location News.

Oops! What Were They Thinking? (10)

What were they thinking?
