Laura the rescue piglet has made best friends with Marina the stray kitten in Santiago, Chile.
The unusual buddies became 'best friends at first sight' after they were rescued within a few days of one another by the Santuario Igualdad Interespecie in Santiago, Chile.
Since meeting, the pair have become inseparable and often fall asleep cuddling one another.
The Santuario Igualdad Interespecie (Sanctuary of Equal Species) is taking fantastic care of Laura and Marina and the staff can be seen lovingly feeding Laura, and ensuring the animals are very comfortable.

The green cat
Bright green stray cat on streets of Varna, Bulgaria - 04 Dec 2014
Far from being the victim of vandals or 'street artists', the green cat, neighbours insist, turned that colour all on its own.
Locals informed reporters that the cat sleeps at nights in a garage whose owner is not in the country. Green paint has been left over from previous construction work and when the cat goes to sleep and licks its body, it becomes green.
The garage which the cat enters via a small hole is 50 metres away from the Medial University of the Black sea town of Varna. Many people in the area try to catch the cat and to wash it but that is impossible for the moment as it always run far away. Some people said that the last year at the same time it was green again, proving likely that the paint or dye is not toxic.

But in fact the emerald green cat is this hue reportedly because it usually sleeps on an abandoned heap of synthetic green paint in a garage.

FELINE A LITTLE BIT GREEN...
The extraordinary sight of this bright green cat on the streets of Varna has caused a certain amount of uproar in the Black Sea resort town.
Because of the assumption that the cat was painted in green by a vandal a facebook group named "Punishment to the the perpetrator of this criminal act!" appeared online.
But in fact the emerald green cat is this hue reportedly because it usually sleeps on an abandoned heap of synthetic green paint in a garage.

The menu board at the Cat Cafe on the Bowery in New York on its grand opening day, Thursday, April 24, 2014. Purina has teamed with the North Shore Animal League to open the pop-up cafe where cat aficionados are not afraid to get a little fur on their clothing while they snuggle the adoptable cats, drink cappuccino and eat pastries. The kitties are free-range around the store and the customers can pet them, pick them up and play with them. Cat cafes are already big in Japan and this pop-up store is a first for New York. The event only goes until April 27 when you can take your adopted kittie home. (Â Frances M. Roberts) (FOTO: DUKAS/PHOTOSHOT)
