Video game fanatics are set to get an island dedicated to the online pastime.
It is planned as a 500,000 square meter gaming paradise in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
It is being spearheaded by esports lounge network, True Gamers for around $280 million USD.
The island earmarked is located in the periphery of the Al Seef area in Abu Dhabi.
The project is called True Gamers Esports Island.
There will be bootcamp facilities offering state-of-the-art gaming PCs, analytical tools, isolated sleep and rest areas, and a balanced nutrition program.
The island will also get an arena described as a world-class facility designed to host international eSports tournaments, unique digital exhibitions, and large-scale conferences.
A high rise building called Digital Tower will be a business hub aimed at attracting IT professionals, startups, and content creators.
The tower will also offer gamers unique avenues for partnership, the organisation of grand esports events.
A hotel resort will 200 guest rooms outfitted with in-built gaming computers.
One exciting prospect could see guests arriving by parachute into the check-in area - in homage to popular games like Fortnite.
More than 60 percent of the population in the Middle East are gamers.

A $3.5 billion luxury resort is being planned for an island with floating homes designed by some of the world’s most renowned superyacht designers
The middle eastern Ramhan Island off the coast of city Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates will have up to 1,800 beach villas , 1,000 branded residences, a hotel, and a marina.
The project is being developed by the country’s Dubai-based UAE property company Emaar.
Emaar founder Mohamed Alabbar said he believed no one can do the internal detailing of a home better than superyacht designers.
He said that was because they respect space and light and the value of every square meter while also trained to think about luxury.
He added:“There will be nothing like this ever seen in the UAE or the region.”
The natural island, complete with a beach is surrounded by wildlife including dolphins, turtles and birds.
Alabbar added: “ I have been lucky enough to work on some unique projects over the years, but this is something truly special.”

Tennis US open winner Emma Raducanu has delivered lesson to two young talents — as a hologram from 4,000 miles away.
The 20-year-British ace , who won the USA open in 2021, surprised two young grassroots tennis players in London as a 5G hologram from her training camp in Abu Dhabi.
The session was done to demonstrate how super-fast 5G, combined with new 3D technology, meant there was no lag or delay between Emma in Abu Dhabi and her 5G hologram in London.
The once-in-a-lifetime lesson came as a complete surprise to Sam Clague, 14, and T’nae Diamond Paisley, 12.
The lesson was delivered live and in real time over UK mobile phone company Vodafone’s 5G network.
Emma was beamed into the All England Club’s Community Tennis Centre in London.
She gave advice and top tips on technique, while Sam and T’nae both had the chance to ask their tennis idol questions and even captures a once-in-a-lifetime hologram selfie with her.
