Cloisters, Gloucester Cathedral, Gloucestershire, England. The ceiling of the cloisters is renowned for it's beautiful fan vaulting which was thought to date from 1351 in Gloucester and later used in Kings College Chapel and The Chapel Royal at Windsor. Pilgrims came during the Medieval period, and they still come, but for a different reason. Today, they come not to pray, but to admire the beauty of this fine building. The Cloisters was also used in the Harry Potter films (FOTO: DUKAS/ZUMA)
