The movie, Called Rust, saw Halyna Hutchins , 42, killed and director Joel Souza , 51, injured.
Baldwin and armourer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, who oversaw firearms on the set, were each charged with involuntary manslaughter in January 2023.
Guiterrez-Reed , 28, was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and got 18 months jail.
Charges against 66-year-old Baldwin were eventually dismissed due to prosecutors' misconduct in withholding evidence.
On the afternoon of Oct. 21, 2021, Mr. Baldwin and “Rust” crew members were inside a wooden structure designed to look like a church, setting up a scene in which Baldwin's character draws his gun to battle with U.S. marshals but the gun had a live round in it.
Speculation was rife that the film would not see the light of day following the tragedy by now a teaser has been released featuring Baldwin.
The film is set in 1880s Kansas with a plot revolving around a recently orphaned boy played by Patrick Scott McDermott.
By a strange coincidence with the real life event, McDermott’s character accidentally kills a rancher and is sentenced to hang.
In a twist of fate, his estranged grandfather, the notorious outlaw Harland Rust played by Baldwin, breaks him out of jail and takes him on the run toward Mexico.
The fugitive pair must outrun the determined U.S. Marshal Wood Helm nd a ruthless bounty hunter as well as Indians.
The movie is due to be released on May 2.
