William and Kate Spoof Baby Preparations
With the birth of the royal baby imminent it would appear that Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge are keen to fit in some last minute preparations - and pampering!
The royal parents to be are seen preparing for the arrival of their little bundle of joy by setting up a cot, stockpiling nappies and, in William's case, getting in some 'breast' feeding practice!
Meanwhile, Catherine ensures her yummy mummy status by working out with sister Pippa before enjoying a few well deserved beauty treatments.
However, take a closer look and the secret behind the photos are revealed - they're all shot using lookalikes.
The pictures are the work of artist Alison Jackson, who is renowned for her elaborate and often believable 'spoof' productions, which give an imaginary behind-the-scenes insight into the world of celebrities and Royals

Baby hippo Hula takes first swim in outside pool at Whipsnade Zoo, Bedfordshire, Britain - 30 Jul 2012
It was hip hip hooray for baby hippo Hula today as she enjoyed her first ever outdoors swim. The ten-month-old is the first baby hippo to be born at Whipsnade Zoo in Bedfordshire for the past six years. And today she caused a splash as she took her debut dip in the zoo's outdoor hippo pool. The youngster was named Hula by keepers because it is a mix between her mum and dad's names - Hoover and Lola. Protective mum Lola made sure to keep a close eye on her daughter during her outdoors swimming lesson. However, she needn't have worried as Hula proved to be a real water baby. Africa section team leader Mark Holden said: "Hula is Hoover and Lola's first-born and they have done an excellent job with her so far. "Hula weighed a hefty six stone (40kg) when she was born last September after a 240-day gestation period. "She will one day weigh approximately 220 stone (1,400kg) when she is fully grown, and reach up to 1.6 metres in height".
