Video game fanatics are set to get an island dedicated to the online pastime.
It is planned as a 500,000 square meter gaming paradise in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
It is being spearheaded by esports lounge network, True Gamers for around $280 million USD.
The island earmarked is located in the periphery of the Al Seef area in Abu Dhabi.
The project is called True Gamers Esports Island.
There will be bootcamp facilities offering state-of-the-art gaming PCs, analytical tools, isolated sleep and rest areas, and a balanced nutrition program.
The island will also get an arena described as a world-class facility designed to host international eSports tournaments, unique digital exhibitions, and large-scale conferences.
A high rise building called Digital Tower will be a business hub aimed at attracting IT professionals, startups, and content creators.
The tower will also offer gamers unique avenues for partnership, the organisation of grand esports events.
A hotel resort will 200 guest rooms outfitted with in-built gaming computers.
One exciting prospect could see guests arriving by parachute into the check-in area - in homage to popular games like Fortnite.
More than 60 percent of the population in the Middle East are gamers.
