Fawlty Towers cast reunite for a photocall, Naval and Military Club, London, Britain - 06 May 2009
30 years after they last closed the doors of their doomed Torquay hotel, the cast of `Fawlty Towers¿ have finally been reunited to celebrate the hit sitcom¿s anniversary and help launch the new behind-the-scenes show, `Fawlty Towers: Re-opened¿, a one-off TV special to be shown exclusively on G.O.L.D digital TV channel on May 10. Basil (John Cleese), Sybil (Prunella Scales), Polly (Connie Booth) and Manuel (Andrew Sachs) were at a photocall at London¿s Naval and Military Club to publicise the event from behind a convincing mock-up of the fictional hotel¿s front desk. `Fawlty Towers: Re-opened¿ gathers cast and crew together to retrace the history of the sitcom from a rarely-seen insider¿s point of view, with in-depth interviews with John Cleese, Andrew Sachs and Prunella Scales, as well as Connie Booth talking about her memories from the show for the first time in 30 years.

Female polar bear attempts to catch birds to eat, Spitsbergen, Norway - 23 Jul 2013

(Pic 7) Female polar bear scales cliff to get to birds
A Seabird Snack Proves a Rocky Proposition For Polar Bear
This daring polar bear was feeling peckish - but it was a rocky proposition trying to grab a seabird for her breakfast.
Wildlife photographer Paul Goldstein captured the extraordinary efforts of a hungry polar bear hoping to grab guillemots and kittiwakes from the side of a cliff.
The Exodus Travels guide documented the scene as he led a tour in Spitsbergen, Norway in July. He believes that poor sea ice may have driven the predator to swim ashore to find food.
Paul, from Wimbledon, explains: "I have spent a lot of time with polar bears but never have I seen anything like this, it was extraordinary.
"At some stage this bear will have lost any sort of residence on the very sketchy sea ice this year and then swum to these bird cliffs.
"This is prime avian real estate with over 100,000 guillemots and kittiwakes. The bear would need dozens of birds or eggs for it to be worth it.
"These were perilous climbs up vertiginous basalt cliffs, each time she stepped out our hearts were in our mouths.
"Her return on energy invested was absurd, she only managed ti pick up a fledgling when we got there, but for 80 people in Zodiac boats it was remarkable, a wildlife extended moment from the 'high' table.
"We had been out at 5am that morning and had great bird photography along the cliffs, but I insisted on taking another excursion after breakfast and while we were watching an arctic fox and birds we spotted the three year old bear.
"Just incredible, eventually she got tired out and we went back but it is perhaps my most extraordinary wildlife moments to date."

William and Kate Spoof Baby Preparations
With the birth of the royal baby imminent it would appear that Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge are keen to fit in some last minute preparations - and pampering!
The royal parents to be are seen preparing for the arrival of their little bundle of joy by setting up a cot, stockpiling nappies and, in William's case, getting in some 'breast' feeding practice!
Meanwhile, Catherine ensures her yummy mummy status by working out with sister Pippa before enjoying a few well deserved beauty treatments.
However, take a closer look and the secret behind the photos are revealed - they're all shot using lookalikes.
The pictures are the work of artist Alison Jackson, who is renowned for her elaborate and often believable 'spoof' productions, which give an imaginary behind-the-scenes insight into the world of celebrities and Royals

'Human spiderman' Jem Stansfield scales 30ft wall using suction from two vacuum cleaners, Brighton, Britain - 14 Feb 2010
HUMAN SPIDERMAN CLIMBS 30FT WALL USING VACUUM CLEANERS
A human Spiderman has successfully scaled a 30ft wall using only the suction from two vacuum cleaners.
Scientist Jem Stansfield, a presenter on the BBC 'One's Bang Goes The Theory' show, undertook the stunt as part of the Brighton Science Festival Programme.
For the demonstration, the 39-year-old aeronautics graduate used two vacuum cleaners bought from Tesco that he had modified into a suction device.
He fixed each of the cleaners to a back pack, which he then strapped onto his back.
Each of the nozzles from the cleaners was fixed onto two 'vacuum gloves' - plywood boards the size of a tea tray.
Each of these giant suction pads also featured rubber seals in order to promote better grip.
When the vacuums were turned on, the suction from one glove was enough to support Jem's 12 stone weight as he clung to the wall.
By alternatively switching on then off each vacuum he was able to move his hands and crawl up the side of a local school.
In front of a group of amazed onlookers, Jem scaled the brickwork in order to retrieve a shuttlecock stuck on the roof.
He came up with the idea for the unusual device when he was challenged to make superhuman powers out of junk.
Before becoming a TV presenter, Jem worked on films such as Lost In Space and Van Helsing, creating special effects.
And his Spiderman impersonation is not the only stunt he has carried out.
Previously, he invented the world's first air-powered motorbike and also won a prize for creating a pair of boots that walk on water.
More recently built a rocket that was powered by toffee.
His next stunt will involve driving a car powered only by coffee b...
