    NEWS - Mai 68: Frankreich
Andre Malraux, Michel Debre (left) and other Gaullists emotionally underline the Republic's values as they rally to President De Gaulle's call in a radio speech for the "silent majority" to demonstrate against the student-workers riots. They led about one-half million supporters from the Place de la Concorde up the Avenue des Champs-Elysees to the Arc de Triomphe where the Gaullist leaders placed a symbolic wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Place de l'Etoile, Paris, FRANCE - 30/05/1968.
