Here’s a first look at Wolverine star Hugh Jackman — as aging legendary medieval bandit Robin Hood.
But instead of being the robber who takes from the rich to give to the poor, a new move tears down the myth.
In a voice over for a teaser trailer for the film The Death of Robin Hood, Jackman is heard saying: “ You like to know a secret?
“People speak of Robin Hood, tell his stories.
“They're all lies.
“He was not a hero. We were monstrous.
“I am the outlaw Robin Hood.”
And it is accompanied by scenes of murderous violence.
The film also stars Killing Eve TV actress Jodie Comer and Bill Skarsgård.
A spokesman for the film’s makers said: “Grappling with his past after a life of crime and murder, Robin Hood finds himself gravely injured after a battle he thought would be his last.
“In the hands of a mysterious woman, he is offered a chance at salvation.”
No release date has yet been given for the film.

Teaser peak at new Tom Cruise movie

Pictures MUST credit: Warner Bros.
Here’s a bizarre teaser for superstar Tom Cruise’s latest movie.
The film, called Digger, is described as “a comedy of catastrophic proportions.”
The 40 second peak shows a sparsely furnished space that is clearly a home.
A figure in cowboy boos and shorts, believed to be Cruise, posing dramatically with a spade.
He kneels on the floor after some choreographed almost dance-like steps, then holds the tool as if it’s a canoe paddle.
The scene then changes to a wooden pier rail and the same figure climbs up and then dramatically strides along it.
The secret project unites Cruise and Oscar-winning The Revenant director Alejandro González Iñárritu for the first time,
Only Cruise’s character’s name and the fact he uses a shovel do not give anything away.
A poster was also released showing the word digger in a human outline with the cowboy books and with a shovel over a shoulder,
Unofficial sources claim the movie is about “the most powerful global figure who tries to convince everyone he’s a saviour.”
The film is due out in October 2026.

Here’s a first look at an upcoming biographical movie of US Hollywood legend James Stewart.
The film, called Jimmy and due out later next year, tells the story of the It’s Wonderful Life actor’s decision to quit films during World War II to become a decorated pilot.
It takes a risk by giving the role of Stewart, known as Jimmy to his friends , to relatively unknown New Zealand-born actor KJ Apa,28.
Stewart enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corps and served as a B-24 bomber pilot.
The film highlights his combat missions over Europe and his rise to the rank of colonel by the war's end.
He then suffers post-war mental trauma said to be "broken and disheartened" by his wartime experiences.
This is often attributed to PTSD that he channels into his first post-war performance in the feel-good Christmas movie, It's a Wonderful Life.
A teaser trailer shows the lanky Apa successfully pulling off Stewart’s much mimicked stuttering voice.
It included him arguing to be allowed to enrol in the war and later at the controls of a plane in a mission.
Jimmy is due out in November 2026.
