    A workout regime designed to help astronauts stay fit and combat muscles wastage in zero gravity is being available on Earth.Crews with US space agency NASA onboard the International Space Station do bouts of friction training.It is a low impact way of working out with friction technology.Handy Gym uses the NASA-developed technology to offer efficiency comparable to expensive inertial pulleys and other large-scale gym machines. Iso-inertial technology was developed for NASA in the 1990s to solve the problem of loss of muscle mass suffered by astronauts after long periods in space.
