Robbie was beginning to show his age with his greying hair. His outfit was very reminiscent to the look he debuted in 1997 (19 years ago!) in his classic "Angles" video.
In this scene he is singing on the desolate Kentish beach whist being circled by beautiful women videoing him. All the women where wearing bobble hats.
Robbie recently stated he had arthritis in his back and has had to scale down his energetic dance routines when performing live ....But he had no difficulties marching up and down the Kent coastline to shoot these scenes.
The Isle Of Sheppy at first might seem an unlikely location for an A-lister like Robbie Williams to be spotted (It is home to only 37,852 inhabitants and houses x3 Prisons) but round the corner from the filming location is a naturist beach... which may have appealed to Robbie who famously stripped off his clothes whilst filming the "Rock DJ" video.
