The older women suing Switzerland to demand climate action. Switzerland's KlimaSeniorinnen.
Switzerland's KlimaSeniorinnen are taking the government to the European court of human rights for doing too little to tackle the climate crisis.

Switzerland's KlimaSeniorinnen, or senior climate women, are not who most people think of when they talk about those on the frontlines of the climate crisis. The 2,400 members of the group live in one of the richest countries on Earth. Due to their age - the youngest is 64 - they will witness just a fraction of the extreme weather that their generation's children and grandchildren will see.

Meghan Markle's father said "the truth is coming out" after email exchanges shown to a court revealed the duchess had briefed her press secretary before sending dad Thomas a letter involved in a legal privacy case. Her former press secretary revealed the email exchange over a letter Meghan wrote to estranged father Thomas, 77, after her wedding.Jason Knauf claimed Meghan said she would refer to him as “daddy” because it would “pull at the heartstrings” if leaked.Mr Knauf's 23-page statement also revealed Meghan and Harry had briefed him on what to say to the authors of Finding Freedom - the 'unauthorised biography' about them - despite insisting they did not cooperate.Thomas Markle told UK news broadcaster GB News: "Finally the truth is coming out."Thank God for Jason Knauf, I’d be happy to invite him over here and take him to Sizzler - we’ll enjoy a steak and a nice little dinner together."He’s certainly putting things in the right perspective."

Meghan Markle’s estranged father said he has been told he could win access to her children if he sued.Thomas Markle is desperate to see grandchildren Archie , aged two, and baby Lilibet born earlier this year.He said he was told grandparents are allowed access to grandchildren in California where Meghan ,40, and husband Prince Harry, 37, live. But he explained he would not go down the legal route as that could make him a hypocrite.Thomas, 77, claimed he was told he could win if he takes legal action.Speaking on UK TV programme Good Morning Britain from his home in Mexico, Thomas said: "I’d love to see my grandchildren."People have suggested in California I sue to see my grandkids."But I think if I did that I'd be a hypocrite. I’d be doing the same thing Meghan and Harry are doing."I don’t want to include my grandchildren in this kind of situation, I want to see my grandchildren with friendly parents and friendship all around.“I don’t want hostile parents when seeing my grandchildren. So I’ll wait."
