    Typical of the youthful administrators taking control of the area occupied by the Chinese Communists is Captain TSOI TAT ( pictured here ) , head of the Communists Military Police in Shuchun , a large town just north of the point where the Canton - Kowloon railway crosses the frontier into Hong Kong colonial territory
    One thing particularly noticeable is the newly arrived Communist rulers in territories adjacent to Hong Kong has been their extreme youth - some not much older than 14 or 15 .
