The visit celebrated the Diamond Jubilee Regius Professorship of Music, awarded by Her Majesty in 2013.
The Queen and The Duke attended a performance of music in the in the Chapel, before meeting students and staff in the Picture Gallery.
The Queen unveiled a plaque, marking the visit and Regius Professorship.
