Moscow Cracks: Amazing 3D Street Art Cave
**EXCLUSIVE**
Here's an artist whose work is all that it's cracked up to be.
Edgar Mueller made the earth split open last week with a jaw-dropping piece of 3D street art.
He daubed a chilling depiction of a perilous fissure in paint outside a shopping mall in Moscow.
But making the earth moved proved difficult on this project - which he calls Duality - as Moscow was experiencing choking smog from forest fires.
In fact, Edgar's team had to wear gas masks to combat the dust and were forced to seek shelter in the shopping malls when conditions got too bad.
"Even before I left, the media reported on the disaster that was caused there by the forest and peat fires and unfortunately still persisted," Edgar explains. "After consulting with my team, I decided nevertheless to fly to Moscow - which I have to admit was somewhat naive. The conditions that we found there were terrifying."
The project took five days to complete, working from early morning to noon to escape the heat.
The work was originally going to be a tribute to the beauty of nature called The Lagoon, but the adverse conditions made Edgar change his mind.
"The idea of a holiday scene in central Moscow appealed to me. But given the circumstances which appeared in the city I decided this title was no longer appropriate.
"I decided to call it Duality to reflect how nature can be both beautiful and terrifying at the same time."

This is not a wind up - a car nut has made the world's tiniest motor from a POSTMAN PAT children's ride.
Perry Watkins has previously entered the record books three times for having the world's lowest car - or Flatmobile as he calls it.
But now he has turned his mechanical talents to making what he claims is the world's SMALLEST car.
And amazingly it was the popular children's television character that inspired his fully street legal creation.
The 47-year-old explains: "I searched on eBay for something suitable, and found a Postman Pat coin-in-the-slot children's ride from a vendor in Scotland.

RARE EARLY COLOUR PHOTOS DISCOVERED IN CUPBOARD
A collection of historic images which signalled the dawn of colour photography have been discovered in a cupboard.
They include an informal portrait of King Edward VII in Highland costume, taken in September 1909. No earlier colour photograph of Edward has yet been found.

The image of the King was taken on one of Lionel's regular excursions to Scotland for the autumn grouse season, at Tulchan in Strathspey, 15 miles from Balmoral. Eight months later, Edward died.
The collection, to go on public display next month, also includes one of the earliest known colour pictures of London Zoo, showing onlookers gazing at a tiger in 1910.
