(110412) -- YUEYANG, April 12, 2011 (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on April 12, 2011 shows boats and ships stop aside the bank of Dongting Lake in Yueyang, central China's Hunan Province. A drought hit Hunan Province in April and the water level of Dongting Lake falls recently due to the lack of rainfall. Farms that cover about 121,300 hectares and 440,000 people were affected by the drought near Dongting Lake.
