Other ingredients include egg yolks and gold leaf while there is truffle oil to add when serving.

A luxury ice cream brand has set a new record for the world’s most expensive ice cream .
A single 130 ml portion of the desert, called Byakuya , costs 880,000 yen which is around €5.980 euros.
The sweet treat is made using white truffle shavings, tow types of cheese including Italian parmesan as well as rice wine by product saki lees.
Sake lees is a leftover from sake production known for its fruity taste and paste-like texture.
It was created by Japanese brand Cellato.
Other ingredients include egg yolks and gold leaf while there is truffle oil to add when serving.
It comes packaged in a stylish black box and includes a hand-made metal spoon created by craftsmen in with techniques and materials used in the construction of temples and shrines.
